Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went to the Penticton homeshow weekend of Sept 19th, 2026 thinking more about looking at hot tubs than a vacuum cleaner and ended up buying a Miele Triflex HX1. Love it. It sucks up dirt like I've never seen. After the summer we had with the soot from the Summerland fires and the Okanagan dust, I feel a lot better knowing that we made a great decision to buy one. Tom, the attending representative, was great to talk with and he made the transaction easy.....Bill's wife, Joanne

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I Purchased a second hose, power head and floor kit from Tom for our second level of our home. Tom is very knowledgeable about what he sells. We have also puchased repair parts and other products in the past.
Tom is always great to deal with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent customer service. I had brought in my old power attachment to be cleaned and serviced. Unfortunately, when I came to take it home they could not locate it. But, no problem. They gave me a new attachment and new hose as a replacement. At NO cost. Will definitely recommend giving your business to Vacuum Superstore (Springfield Rd).

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a reconditioned Miracle Mate Platinum. When I first called, Tom was busy at a home show. He got back to me the same day and had to get a unit prepped for me. They were great to work with and Tom went out of his way to ship the same day the unit was ready. It arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and everything works. Very happy.
